From humble beginnings in Sydney Australia, the concept has evolved through extensive end-user trial and endless hours of in-field testing. Following six years of product development, mass production commenced in early 2008 at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility located in southern China.

This rigorous development process has culminated in a robust machine that meets the demands of today’s commercial foodservice industry.

Designed specifically for commercial foodservice industries, the Popcake® counter-top pancake making machine delivers fresh, 97% fat free pancakes from a simple press of a button. 

The Popcake® is smaller than most microwave ovens, occupying very little space in any commercial kitchen.

Popcake® automatic pancake maker produces perfect pancakes, all made from natural ingredients. Popcake® can easily be converted to a front-of-house or buffet counter version. Pancake sizes, colour and stack-size quantity can be adjusted by the operator.
