Had a key to our business and mutually agreed upon instructions to load produce in milk fridge. Outsourced drivers continued to leave produce in 40 degree heat for 7+ hours 10+ times. Was with them for over 12 months and had a rep visit me once despite several complaints. Complaints were often ignored and not acknowledged or responded to. Had a new rep promise me the world and then reneged. Strongly suggest to avoid.

I am very fussy when trying cheese. There are some really horrid cheeses out there. I always buy my cheese from my reputable italian deli but one this occasion i was 80 kms from home and decided to treat my french partner to a favorite Sicilian dish but had no cheese.Ran to a corner shop to grab something i am comfortable with but all they had left was your shaved parmesan pack. What the heck, i grabbed a pack and hoped for the best.Served the dishes and added fresh lemon then your cheese on top. To my surprise, it added so much texture to my dish. A truly beautiful tasting product. Well done everyone. I will def but this product again.

Right from first contact the service was fantastic. Thank you CathyCan not more highly recommend the wonderful professional and friendly staff. Not only did our chef prepare amazing tasty finger foods and our lovely waitress distribute the same; but they left our kitchen spotless. The food was amazing and thoroughly enjoyed by all.

I bought my sheeting here because it was a few dollars cheaper which is not unusual. I assumed that all hotel commercial linen was similar, as the sheets I had from Hotel Products Direct were very thick and heavy. Apparently, I was wrong, these sheets from BnB supplies were much lighter, similar to what I could buy from a variety store at half the price. They were okay, but not what I was expecting when I was specifically wanting commercial linen.

I don't write very much reviews, and this is the first time I ordered from Hotel product direct and I was very happy with the service and products I received. The customer service team was very helpful and I got my stocks much earlier than expected. Now this is what I call 'under promise and over deliver'. I would definitely recommend and order again. Good work!

Super friendly staff and exceptional service! The quality of shampoo, conditioner and soap was fantastic. Loved the minibar range of vodka, whisky and gin. They supply fine quality commercial bed sheets and duvet covers that last for years.

I have been buying the 50/50 poly cotton sheeting from this mob for around 12 years. i still have some of the original sheets which have lasted magnificently. They are thick and strong and never pill, which is that balling effect some linen gets. I have just made a new purchase and am very pleased to know they still carry the same sheeting product. The staff were able to give me advice on how to best rotate my sheeting during changeovers.

Ordered a fishbowl cocktail drink ware for $25. Embarrassingly, it is the worst quality item I have ever received for $25. I have purchased heaps from these people. Besides receiving glass when I expected unbreakables, this is the WORSt!

I was very disappointed with the quality of their self-branded Egyptian Cotton sheets. After being laundered they were wrinkly, difficult to iron and not pleasing to the touch. At AU$140 per set, these sheets were hardly cheap. I complained, but received only assurances that other customers were satisfied with the product. I have previously purchased towels from this company, and the quality was acceptable.
