A healthy quick-service restaurant franchise and humanitarian enterprise committed to tackling world hunger through its Plate 4 Plate initiative. Zambrero’s menu is healthy, modern Mexican with burritos, tacos, nachos and quesadillas all made with the freshest ingredients and fresh ideas.
Zambrero was founded in Braddon, Canberra in Australia in 2005 by Dr Sam Prince. Now, Zambrero has over 135 restaurants globally across Australia, New Zealand Thailand and Ireland.
Dr Sam Prince is a humanitarian, philanthropist, entrepreneur and medical doctor. His career has been centralised around the protection of the human rights of education and welfare. Sam lives by a motto his mother gave him: “Expand your life to the limits of your mind and expand your mind to the limits of your life.”
Zambrero was started by Sam at the age of 21 while he was studying to become a medical doctor. It was his way of combining both his desire to help the underprivileged and fuel his entrepreneurial bent.
