‘Universal Bakery’ started out in 1980, but was Established as Universal Bakery Australia in 1995, allowing us the honour of being one of the few large Australian family owned and operated bakeries. We provide specialist manufacturing of an extensive range of bread products. Whether you are catering for a large or small event, plating up a meal on sourdough toast or providing customers with sandwiches at a cafe. Universal Bakery has something suitable for any occasion.
Universal Bakery Australia over the years, has supplied quality baked goods to many Cafes and Restaurants of our forever growing and changing Melbourne, but we don’t stop there! Universal Bakery has supplied Major Public or Sporting Events and venues, Private Hospitals and Nursing Homes, Schools, Universities, 5 Star Hotels, Catering Companies and Independent grocers.
Being a family business that is three generations strong, gives us a great understanding of Melbourne’s Hospitality industry. We pride ourselves in taking time with our customers and helping them grow by providing outstanding quality yet cost-effective products with exceptional service.
