We are registered buyers at the Sydney Fish markets. We attend the daily auction where we select the best available product from the Auction. Each fish box is checked for quality by our highly experienced buying team. The fish is then loaded into our refrigerated vehicle for transport directly to our premises at Kotara for processing.
This system ensures the freshest available product is delivered to you on a next day basis direct from the markets.
We buy direct from fish wholesalers within the Sydney Fish Market. These wholesalers buy nationally and internationally from accredited and reputable fish suppliers. We also buy directly from a number of Seafood Suppliers within Australia.
• Processors: All our fresh product is processed by our team of experienced and skilful fish filleters to the exacting requirements of the industry. We offer our fresh fish in whole pan ready format as well as fillets and also portion controlled.
