Hands on CDP role in Fine Dining Modern Italian Restaurant

- Responsibility for Cold Larder/Pastry section

- No double shifts, rotating 5 day roster, nights only

Osteria di Russo & Russo is a small, modern Italian restaurant on Enmore Rd, which combines the intimate feel of a traditional family restaurant with the creativity and ambition of some of Australia's top restaurants. We have been awarded One Chef's Hat in 2014 and 2015, the Australian's Hottest 100 restaurants two years running and the Hottest dish of 2014.

We are looking for an qualified Chef to join our small, passionate team, as Chef de Partie. The successful candidate would be responsible for running the entree/pastry section under our Head Chef and be responsible for prep and service.

Cold Larder and/or Pastry Experience is essential. Fine Dining experience, particularly in Modern Italian, is highly desirable, however passion and ambition is most important quality we are looking for.

In addition to the opportunity to work in a small award winning team, the role offers the flexibility of a rotating roster, 5 shifts are spread between Tuesday - Sunday, allowing for nights off and improving work/life balance.
