Jam Lady Jam is Handmade in Healesville, with fresh seasonal produce and Australian Sugar. With my unique recipes combining fresh fruit and spices, Jam Lady Jams are deliciously aromatic and retain the natural texture of the fruit. There are no additives, preservatives or added pectin, just fruit, Australian sugar, and me in a good mood…which I think is the key ingredient.

I encourage you to be adventurous with this produce. Not only are Jam Lady Jams exquisite breakfast condiments but they are also wonderful to cook with. Here are just a few ideas of what to do with your delicious pot of Jam Lady Jam….Enjoy!
MANGO SAFFRON– is a great glaze for chicken, just pour generously over the bird before baking, with onion, garlic, salt, pepper, chili and olive oil.
PEAR VANILLA GINGER– again a great marinade for pork and veal, rubbed into the flesh before baking and served warm on the side. Wonderful with blue cheese.
SPICED SYRIAN FIGS AND THE QUINCE ROSEWATER– were both designed to accompany cheese.
The figs are great in the stuffing of your chicken and the quince is beautiful with duck.
BLOOD PLUM AND PEPPERED PLUM– are the perfect glaze for red meats. If you are a tea drinker, the Peppered Plum is fabulous on toast, the hint of clack pepper on end of your palate works well with the tannins of the tea.
DATE & ORANGE BLOSSOM– Perfect ingredient in your next Targine. Smells a lot like a fruit cake and is great with lashings of butter on raisin toast. Delicious with lamb roasts, or as a spread with cold meat sandwiches.
MARMALADES – Bring back the jam steam puddings, with some Jam Lady Jam. Add to your bread and butter puddings. The Lime Marmalade is like sherbet for grown ups and is fabulous next to a filthy hot curry.
