Powered by AAHOA, the two-day, high-impact conference is designed to help professionals navigate today’s evolving hospitality landscape and build their business. More than 25 sessions–plus additional educational opportunities on the expo floor–focus on six core content pillars: Food & Beverage, Leadership, Technology, Development, Finance and Operations.
All expo attendees have access to sessions held on the HX Stage sponsored by Tyson Foods, as well as demonstrations and small group sessions in the Foodservice Pioneering Concept area. The annual Tech Pitch competition, the Editors’ Choice Product Awards presentation and HANYC’s Sustainability Awards ceremony also takes place on stage on the trade show floor.
Who we are
HX is presented and managed by Emerald (EEX) in cooperation with the Asian American Hotel Owners Association (AAHOA) and is co-located with the EEX-managed Boutique Design New York (BDNY). Attendees of HX will also be permitted entry into the BDNY trade fair and will have the option of adding access to the BDNY conference.
