PD Wholesalers are your wholly Tasmanian owned and operated food distributors. Our warehouse is located centrally at Merino street Kings Meadows. We carry a huge range of fresh and frozen lines and are the state distributor for Streets Icecream.
PD supplies the major supermarkets (e.g. Coles and Woolworths) with their fresh food produce, and we deliver to all their outlets in Tasmania.
The owners of PD, David and Christina Carey are proud to support the local industry with a variety of fresh fish, purchased from our local fisherman and processed in our modern facility at 21 Merino Street Kings Meadows.
PD also stock a wide range of frozen seafood as well as battered and crumbed products. They are also the Streets Ice Cream distributors for Northern Tasmania.
PD Wholesalers have recently joined a buying group called NAFDA. This group is one of the largest provider of food service products in Australia and we are proud to be a member of this group, this enables the company to provide a much wider range of fresh, chilled, frozen and dry goods to the food service industry. PD not only supply to the larger supermarkets, but also have captured the local corner stores, restaurants, sporting bodies, hotels etc with their competitive pricing structure, prompt delivery and reliable service for our customers.
