Crema is proudly a West Australian, family owned and operated gourmet coffee roastery providing coffee to cafes, businesses and the general public.
Originally established in 2002 in the Perth hills, Crema started operations as a roastery- café. From humble beginnings our small business soon grew an amazing following of loyal customers who supported and appreciated our passion- great coffee! And so it began…
Relocated to Canningvale, after selling the café, we are now solely focused on our main and first true love; roasting coffee.
Our goal at Crema is to source the finest selection of Arabica beans, including; Organic, Fair-Trade, Rainforest Alliance and Estate coffees from all over the world. Carefully roasting and blending them together to bring you the ultimate cup.
By using an artisan style of roasting this enables our experienced coffee roasters to tweak and adjust the roast to accent certain flavours and profiles that are naturally held within each different bean. In order to maintain optimum freshness we roast our coffees daily in small batches to ensure the greatest level of consistency and again emphasis on freshness.
Like many goals, ours requires an ongoing dedication to improving quality, training and knowledge. We hope this is reflected in our products.
To help compliment our selection of specialty coffees we are proudly the West Australian distributors of Mighty Leaf Tea’s, Fraus Drinking Chocolate and Alchemy Syrups and Cordials. We also stock a large range of loose leaf teas and let’s not forget our delicious chai powder.
