Backed by our Marketing, Product, HR, Finance and Training teams, your dedicated local area manager provides ‘hands-on’ support and guidance with the day-to-day running of your business.
Our franchisees come from all walks of life and many may have never baked bread before. Our training program is therefore designed to teach everything required to operate the business, including how to bake from scratch. The competency-based program takes around 12-16 weeks to complete in a real bakery within your home state.
