With full time representatives on the road we are more than happy to send someone out to meet your business and allow you to familiarise yourself with YCC Poultry.
From here our telemarketing team upon your request will call your place of business and ask for your chicken order. You can specify what days and at what time you would like our team to give you a call to release the stress in your day. This eliminates the worry of forgetting to place your chicken order and arriving to work the next day and working with no chicken.
After hours will also provide an answering machine service where customers can leave an order and receive it the next day delivery granted the call is received by 2am. Email is another service we extend to our customers which can be accessed via this website. All email orders must be in by 4pm to receive all chicken orders next day delivery.
Our qualified accounts staff help ease all business transactions. They will assist in setting up credit terms, trading references and all other accounts related materials. If it is as simple as scheduling payments our accounts team are always available during the workday to assist with any issues or enquiries you may have.
Deliveries
All of our chicken is delivered in our very own HACCP licensed refrigerated vehicles. We strive in most cases to have all chicken delivered before the lunch hour rush, so there is no hold up in your business and feeding your starving customers. We deliver to all areas of Sydney 6 days a week. Our driver’s roll into the factory from 3am to ensure that majority of the orders is delivered by lunch.
Filleting and packaging of our chicken is carried out in a clean and sterile environment. We conform to all Health standards set forth and our own high standards. Our process is undertaken under the strict regulations enforced by the NSW Food Authority and our third party accreditation through the internationally superior SGS HACCP certification. From the delivery of our fresh produce, deboning of our product, packaging, portion controlling, storage and finally our delivery, we conduct everything in our temperature controlled environment to inhibit growth of any food born disease that is so often related back to the poultry industry. We at YCC believe in serving the highest quality product at the most competitive price. Our food safety handling procedures with the assistance of contract cleaners helping us deliver and keep to our word.

Unfortunately due to increasing fuel costs the minimum order is $150.
