Situated in the historical centre of Midland in Western Australia , Mondo Patisserie began initially as a producer and retailer of traditional Italian style patisserie including cakes, biscuits, ice creams, petite mignon and traditional Italian specialties.
Production of nougat coincided with the Christmas festive season as per various European traditions. It was not until 1997, after finding that there was a very strong demand for traditional honey based nougat that production was included all year.
Our nougat is made from the very best ingredients which combine to make the perfect Australian nougat.
Our traditional family recipe dates back generations to our home town of Taurianova in the south of Italy.
